What if your price is out of our budget?

We understand businesses have different budgets. Also, we know businesses are being cautious about the purchases they make, especially today. Our prices are not based off the salary of each position we are filling. We charge based on each project we work on, with a time to fill in one month or less. For new clients only, we offer 10% off when you book our services. Unlike other recruiting companies, we offer payment plans for our recruitment packages. But our services are the most affordable to everyone.

Do you need your own access or have access to any platforms?

No, we do not need any access. On the go HR, Inc. has their own access to an Applicant Tracking System, job boards, social media, and more.

How will your service save us time?

We value our clients time, our candidates’ time, and our time. We dive into the issue right away and begin improving in the areas you are lacking in. On average our process has helped businesses make hires within 1 month or less.

How will an outsource agency like yours work more effectively than our Internal HR/Recruiting Teams?

We understand the struggles on both sides. Many HR/Recruiting teams only have a recruitment sales strategy. They aren’t personable with their approach. But the biggest pain point these agencies and or teams have is the lack of communication. What happens after the resume is viewed? Are they supporting the candidates through the hiring process? Are they asking the right questions during the interviews? Are they still phone screening candidates? Are they attracting the wrong candidates? Do they have a job posted for more than 30 days with no hire made? As an HR Professional, I have incorporated my years of experience in HR into helping businesses improve with their recruiting. And with the popularity of AI and ATS’, recruitment no longer provides [human] communication. We are all about the networking and engagement.

What happens if the candidates we meet are not hired by the time our service ends?

If the candidates we’ve provided are not hired by the time service ends, we will extend the service for 1 more week at no additional cost. If a hire is not made after the extended week, we will charge a fee of $350 for an additional week.

What makes you different from other recruiters or recruiting agencies?

We are not a recruiting agency or staffing firm. We are not here to “sell” a job to a candidate or provide temporary employment. We are here to help you communicate better with your candidates. Connecting people and opportunities through engagement. We are not based by our prices, we are based by the results we are bringing in.

How do we know your service is what we need?

Recruitment comes with strategy. Our service is based on the quality not the quantity of the candidates being considered.

How many recruitment [service] only clients do you take on each quarter?

We can only take 2 clients for each quarter depending on the number of positions they need filled.

How many HR Consultation clients do you take on each month?

We do 2 days VIP service with our HR consultation service. We offer in-house or virtual VIP service and we can only take on 4 clients per month.
